These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ebenezer Lodge & Conference website and any booking, stay, conference, or event made with us. By making an enquiry, booking, or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read them carefully before booking. If you have any questions, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.

Enquiries submitted through this website are requests only and do not constitute a confirmed booking. A reservation is only confirmed once we have communicated availability directly with you and, where applicable, received any required deposit or payment.

Please provide accurate contact details and guest information when booking, so we can reach you regarding your stay or event.

Payment terms, including any required deposit, balance due dates, and accepted payment methods, will be communicated to you directly when your booking is confirmed. This website does not currently process online payments.

Cancellation and refund terms will be confirmed with you at the time of booking and may vary depending on the length of stay, season, or type of event booked (e.g. individual stay, group booking, or conference). Please raise any cancellation as early as possible by contacting us directly.

Check-in and check-out times will be confirmed with you as part of your booking. If you expect to arrive outside of standard hours, please let us know in advance so we can make suitable arrangements.

We ask all guests to respect the peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere of the lodge, and to treat our staff, other guests, and the property with courtesy and care.

  • Guests are responsible for the conduct of their own party, including children and event attendees
  • Any damage caused to lodge property during a stay or event may be charged to the responsible guest or booking party
  • We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave the premises for conduct that endangers other guests, staff, or property, without refund

For conferences, weddings, school camps, and other group events, specific terms regarding numbers, setup, catering, and timing will be agreed with you directly ahead of the event. Any changes to guest numbers or requirements should be communicated to us as early as possible.

While we take reasonable care to maintain a safe environment, Ebenezer Lodge & Conference does not accept liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay or visit, except where required by South African law.

Guests participate in outdoor activities, garden and braai areas, and off-site excursions to nearby attractions at their own risk.

This website and its content, including text, photographs, and branding, belong to Ebenezer Lodge & Conference and may not be reproduced or used elsewhere without our permission.

You agree to use this website, including the enquiry form, only for genuine booking-related purposes and not to submit false, misleading, or malicious information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes arising from a booking or stay will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use this website or book with us after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
